Job Title: Senior Growth Analyst

Position Summary: As a Senior Growth Analyst at Radarblock, you will lead a team of Growth Analysts, manage projects from inception to completion, and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires regular client interactions, ensuring that projects align with client demands and agreed-upon contracts and SOPs. You will report directly to the co-founders, providing daily updates, resolving bottlenecks, and occasionally assisting with business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Growth Analysts.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of growth projects.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand demands, provide updates, and ensure alignment with agreed contracts and SOPs.
- Produce Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) to track action items and decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and monitor project KPIs.
- Deepen expertise in Web3, DeFi, and NFTs to enhance marketing efforts.
- Apply Web3 protocol knowledge to campaigns.
- Collaborate with Business Development (BD) and Communications Teams to define and implement marketing and growth strategies.
- Coordinate with the Communications Team to plan, execute, and manage Radarblock's marketing and growth strategy.
- Conduct market research to support BD activities and initiatives.
- Collect and evaluate analytical data related to Radarblock's growth and the performance of its marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all content aligns with current strategy and complies with branding guidelines.
- Ensure availability of appropriate resources for executing marketing and growth strategies.
- Report to co-founders daily with updates and project statuses.
