Job Title: Growth Analyst

Radarblock is a Web3 native growth agency that grows the awareness, TVL, Volume, and social metrics for its clients over a consistent time frame without uncertainty and confusion.
As a Client-Facing Growth Analyst and Account Manager at Radarblock, you will be at the forefront of our client interactions, ensuring the effective execution of marketing campaigns and the success of our client relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading client meetings and producing Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) to track action items and decisions.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Executing project-related tasks and activities for marketing campaigns, including monitoring project KPIs.
- Deepening your knowledge of Web3, DeFi, and NFTs, and leveraging this expertise to enhance our marketing efforts.
- Applying previous experience working with Web3 protocols to our campaigns.
- Collaborating with Business Development (BD) teams, as well as the Communications Team, to define and implement marketing and growth strategies that align with organization-wide goals.
- Coordinating with the Communications Team to plan, execute, and manage Radarblock's marketing and growth strategy, providing direction to the BD teams.
- Conducting market research to support Radarblock's BD activities and initiatives.
- Collecting and evaluating analytical data related to Radarblock's growth and the performance of its marketing campaigns, including community growth metrics.
- Ensuring that all issued content aligns with current strategy and complies with the Communications Team's communication and branding guidelines.
- Ensuring the availability of appropriate resources for executing Radarblock's marketing and growth strategy, either by providing feedback to the Communications Team and leadership.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing strategy and growth initiatives for technical products or services, with a preference for candidates who have worked on protocol-type product growth and partnerships in the Web3 space.
- A strong understanding of the target audience and market trends in the Web3 and decentralized communication industry.
- Knowledge of developer relations and business development practices.
- Familiarity with market research methodologies and the ability to gather insights to inform growth strategies.
