Position Summary

We’re looking for a skilled and imaginative 3D Graphic Designer to join Radarblock’s creative team. You will work closely under the direction of the Creative Director to craft immersive 3D visuals, from environments and characters to animations and renders, that amplify our campaign narratives and branding efforts. Your work will be seen across social media, websites, presentations, events, and product campaigns.

This is a hands-on executional role that blends visual storytelling with technical mastery across 3D software tools. You’ll collaborate with other visual designers and Radarblock’s Growth team to bring creative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Execution

• Model, texture, light, and render 3D assets (logos, environments, characters, motion loops, etc.) that align with Radarblock’s brand tone and client narratives.
• Translate conceptual ideas and briefs into polished 3D design outputs with minimal revisions.
• Maintain a high bar for originality, fidelity, and aesthetic detail.

Team Collaboration

• Work under the guidance of the Creative Director to deliver outputs that align with broader creative direction and campaign goals.
• Collaborate with motion designers, video editors, and graphic designers to blend 3D assets with motion and video.
• Participate in internal critiques and integrate feedback quickly and constructively.
